Krav Maga educates people in the subjects of self defence, self protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as skills to defend others. Krav Maga is taught in a unique and comprehensive manner and was developed in Israel under realistic conditions.

Trials @Carpe Diem

It is important to know what we offer meets your needs; it starts with you. Understanding the reasons why you want to train in Krav Maga is very important to us, as it marks the starting point of your self defence journey. It will be our job to help keep you on the right path, adapting to the changing horizon whilst remembering why you began this journey in the first place.

We want to make sure you are comfortable in our training environment. An environment that’s fun and relaxed; fostering learning without intimidation. There is only one way to find out, and that is to experience it first-hand. Most of our students achieve that comfort level in their first lesson.

During your trial you’ll get a good feel for our weekly 90-minute classes. You will get familiar with our class format, teaching methodology and the principles of Krav Maga taught by the IKMF. Our trials are often attended by a handful of beginners, so you won’t be alone. Our instructors and senior team will spend time with you to cover the basic principles of Krav Maga. You will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions about Krav Maga and our club… we encourage you to do so.

We will reconnect with you after your trial to gather your feedback, share with you how our club operates, discuss membership options that best suite you and where applicable gradings and progression. Most importantly we would like to understand how we can help you achieve your goals.
