After nearly 30 years of very little exercise I wanted to find something not only enjoyable but that would gradually increase my fitness levels as gyms bore me. After a lot of research I discovered Carpe Diem. The fact that the club was an IKMF member confirmed I had made the right choice, 6 months later I feel fitter and enjoy every club session I can attend. I train at multiple locations with both men and women and I am still amazed at how friendly everyone is.

If you want to get a little fitter, gain self confidence in almost any situation you may find yourself then give it a try (age is not an excuse as I have just turned 50).

I took up training at Carpe Diem to gain fitness and as the Krav Maga motto states “get home safe”. My training is going really well, I recently passed a P1 grade and working towards P2.

What I like most about Carpe Diem are the Instructors and the people I train with.
